Biography

Lane is a civil and commercial litigation attorney with over ten years of experience specializing in collections, contract enforcement and creditor’s rights. Lane has collected millions of dollars while litigating on behalf of individuals, small businesses and several large banks and companies such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Servpro, DHL, UPS, Barclays, Key Bank, Sysco, Ryder, and International Paper. For his work in Collection Law, Lane was voted to Utah’s 2017 & 2020 Legal Elite, a listing of the top lawyers in Utah in their field as voted by their peers.
